Fairfield Building Inspections has been a trusted business across the Capital Region District since it's inception in 1988. Through our extensive local home and commercial property experience we have proudly established high professional standards. As certified members of the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of B.C. we share the same ethical standards that guide our fellow ASTT members, B.C. municipal building inspectors, building officials, engineers, architects and designers and remain the only home inspection association that falls under a legislative act. Started in Fairfield, we provide service to all lower Vancouver Island communities including Sooke, Langford, Victoria, Saanich, Sidney and the Gulf Islands.
